Delivery Information

We are using TA-Q-BIN, CITYLINK and POSLAJU courier services as our shipping method (except East Malaysia and the address is under PO BOX, we will use POS LAJU as our shipping method) for all the customers who buy products at our store.

All the orders that made payment before 2pm will shipping on the same day (All the orders or Saturday and Sunday will shipping on Monday). Mostly the parcel will receive by the customers after 1 to 2 days of the shipment date.

If the parcel is missing, we can only claim from the courier company based on the amount of the order. Maximum amount that can be claim is RM100.
